Micro AC Reduction Motor

The housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-castings, featuring a compact size and high power. The AC voltage options are single phase 110V, 220V, and three phases 220V/380V. It operates with low noise, has a wide power coverage range, a broad speed ratio coverage range, and delivers a high output torque.

Micro DC Geared Motor

The housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-cast parts, with full ground gear processing, coaxial design, small in size, high in efficiency, multiple options for DC voltage, low noise, wide power range coverage, wide speed ratio coverage, large output torque, and supports customization.

微型交流电机通用技术标准

  • 绝缘电阻:在常温、常湿下电机额定运转后,以DC500V兆欧表测量组与外壳的绝缘电阻应为100MΩ以上。
  • 绝缘耐压:在常温、常湿下电机额定运转后,在绕组与外壳间施加50Hz或者60Hz,1.5KV电机一分钟,无异常。
  • 温升:在装上减速箱或同等散热板进行额定运转时,以电阻法测定其绕组温度上升值为75K以下。
  • 绝缘等级:E级(120℃)
  • 过热保护装置:可内藏过热保护装置(自动复位型)动作温度:120℃±5℃,复位温度:82℃±15℃(此功能需定制)。
  • 使用环境温度:﹣10℃~+40℃(无冻结)。
  • 使用环境温度:85℃以下(无结露)。

  • 绝缘电阻:在常温常湿下运转电机后,以DC500V的绝缘电阻来测量的金属线圈和电机外壳之间的绝缘电阻时,不超过100兆欧。
  • 绝缘电压:在常温常湿下运转电机后,在电机的金属线圈和电机之间,以1500V、50/60Hz, 输入1分钟时没有任何问题。
  • 温升:运转电机后,用电阻法来测量时,线圈组温度的上升值在80℃以下。
  • 绝缘等级:B级(130℃)
  • 使用环境温度:﹣10℃~+40℃(冰冻)。
  • 使用环境湿度:85℃以下(没有结露的场所)。
